The Chelsea Foundation, Inc.

Work can be submitted for publication.
Prior to submitting work for publication, you must:
- 1) Submit a signed and notarized authorization, giving consent to the Chelsea Foundation to publish your work.
- 2) If you are under eighteen years of age, we prefer dual consent to be submitted. We would prefer that the creator as well as the legal guardian sign the consent forms and have it notarized, but legally only the guardian is required to sign. It is preferred that those under 18 participate in the process of being published.
- 3) Once completed, the consent forms must be sent via USPS.
Once the consent to publish is received in our office, future work can be submitted by e-mail or USPS, but each requires its own signed form with title to accompany work.
Important: There is no payment for any work accepted and/or published.

Accepted work will be edited before publication.
On occasion, contests will be held. Prizes may include amusement park tickets or theater tickets that have been donated to Chelsea Foundation for this purpose.
All contests will be announced, have specific rules to follow, and have deadlines for submission of entries. Prizes for each contest will be posted.
